KNU President Gen. Tamalabaw visited the party office together with Khaing Soe Naing Aung of ALP on 27th October 2005.
Members of DPNS were present at the event of party’s 17th anniversary of founding day on 14th October 2005 at the ABSDF office.

In 2005, Aung Thu Nyein, the party’s Vice-Chairperson visited Japan and held meetings with Burmese activists in Japand.
