The event commemorating the 22nd anniversary of party founding day was organized at the party worker education centre on 14 October 2010. Leaders and members of political organizations, ethnic resistance movements, youth organizations, women organizations and community-based organizations joined the event.
Party Chair Aung Moe Zaw talked about current political development at the SOAS in London on 2nd October 2010. Members of Burmese community in UK and supporters joine the event. It was organized by DPNS (UK Branch).
The international secretary of Swedish Social Democratic Students (S-Students) talked about social democracy to party members at the party headquarters office on 26th July 2010. Party leaders joined the event as well.
The DPNS with support of Akbayan (Citenzin Action Party of the Phillippines and Olof Palme International Centre of Sweden organized a workshop for party political education development programme on 26th-27th March 2010.
The DPNS in cooperation with Akbayan Party of the Phillippines organized a workshop on “Understanding the Burmese Political Movements: Challenges and Trends” on 25th March 2010 aiming at developing curriculum for party political academy.
The party political training (2010) was organized from 12th February to 27 February 2010 at the party worker education centre. There were 11 participants in the programme. |
