- Ethnic Nationalities Council (Union of Burma)
The Ethnic Nationalities Council (ENC) was originally established as the "Ethnic Nationalities Solidarity and Cooperation Committee" (ENSCC) in August 2001. It was entrusted with the task of fostering unity and cooperation between all ethnic nationalities in preparation for a 'Tripartite Dialogue" and a transition to democracy.

The initiators of the Rakhapura.com are a group of patriotic Arakanese youths who are totally devoted to the national cause of their fatherland Arakan. We came out from Arakan just after the 8.8.88 pro-democracy movement in Burma and during our exiled life, we took active role in Students and Youths as well as National movement of Arakan.
